Consumer and regulatory environmental expectations of manufacturers, importers, and retailers demand that chemicals in, chemicals on and chemicals discharged during production of consumer goods are safe for the environment. An alternative to RSL is development of “Acceptable Materials Lists” that restrict your factories to use only approved raw materials and additives.
